Rehabilitation Program
At Vista Park Health & Rehabilitation we offer rehabilitative therapy for either a short-term stay or during long-term care. Therapists work one-on-one with the patient focusing on assisting them to achieve and maintain their desired, individual level of functioning as appropriate.

Cardiac Pathway Program
Our Cardiac Pathway program is designed to help patients with coronary artery disease and/or those recovering from heart attacks, heart surgery and per-cutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), by minimizing the loss of physical, mental, social and/or occupational function. This can be achieved through exercise and education with an interdisciplinary-team approach to rehabilitation.
Orthopedic Recovery Program
Our Orthopedic Recovery program helps patients who have sustained an orthopedic injury or disability, such as surgery, fracture, joint replacement, degenerative condition (e.g., arthritis) and other musculoskeletal conditions. Through therapy, patients work toward improving their physical mobility, restoring their levels of fitness and regaining independence in daily living skills.
Telemedicine Services
Eliminating the need to travel long distances for specialty care or follow-up visits, telemedicine provides real-time interaction between the patient and physician or specialist for routine appointments and checkups. The virtual consultation takes place in a private area or room within the center and includes the assistance of a qualified clinical staff member.
